Q: What are the minimum system requirements to run the software?
A: The following are the minimum system requirements.

  • Supported Operating Systems:Windows Server 2003;Windows Server 2008;Windows Vista;Windows XP;Windows 7
  • Processor: 400 MHz Pentium processor or equivalent (Minimum); 1GHz Pentium processor or equivalent (Recommended)
  • RAM:96 MB (Minimum); 256 MB (Recommended)
  • Hard Disk: Up to 500 MB of available space may be required
  • CD or DVD Drive: Not required
  • 1024 x 768 high color, 32-bit (Minimum)
  • Active Internet Connection

Q: Will the software work on a Mac?
A: The software requires a supported Windows Operation System. However, you may use something like VMWare, Boot Camp, or Parallels to run a virtual Windows machine on a Mac and our software works perfectly in that scenario.

Q: Is this a Desktop Application or a Website?
A: The software is a Desktop Application, but requires an Internet Connection to be active in order to operate. If there is no active Internet Connection, the software will not run.
